The invention provides a ship shaftless propelling system combined with a fin stabilizer. The ship shaftless propelling system comprises a shaftless propeller, fin stabilizers and a variable frequency driving device. The shaftless propeller is fixedly connected with the outer end part of a fin stabilizer fixed fin shaft and is used for propelling; the fin stabilizers are installed on the two sides of the ship body through the fixed fin shafts and used for improving the stability of the ship. And the variable frequency driving device is mounted in the ship and is used for controlling the rotating speed of the shaftless propeller. The fin stabilizer is designed to be of a middle shaft penetrating type, a middle shaft is fixedly connected with the propeller, and the fin stabilizer rotates around the middle shaft. A traditional stern propeller propulsion mode is expanded to a middle power fin propulsion mode, and the power mode is expanded by combining the design of the fin stabilizer and the thruster. Compared with a common ship propulsion technology, the ship propelling system is an electric propulsion mode for supplementing a conventional propulsion mode, expands a traditional power mode, and greatly improves the sound stealth performance, the maneuvering performance and the transformation potential of an existing ship on the basis of achieving low-navigational-speed propulsion.
