The invention discloses an I-shaped metal sandwich panel structure suitable for a ship deck. The I-shaped metal sandwich panel structure is composed of an upper panel, a longitudinally-arranged I-shaped core material, a transverse I-shaped core material and a lower panel. All the components are made of conventional ship steel or ship steel and are formed by laser welding. The upper panel and the lower panel of the I-shaped metal sandwich deck are mainly rectangular, the length is about 1000-5000 mm, the width is about 1000-4000 mm, the longitudinal I-shaped core plate is longitudinally arranged, and the distance between the longitudinal I-shaped core plate and the longitudinal I-shaped core plate is about 50-150 mm; transverse I-shaped core plates are transversely arranged, and the distance between the transverse I-shaped core plates is about 500-1500 mm; and the distance between the upper panel and the lower panel is about 40-150mm. In order to facilitate follow-up large-scale splicing manufacturing, the longitudinal core material and the transverse core material are arranged in an extending or retracting mode according to actual conditions. The I-shaped metal sandwich plate structure and external structures such as the T-shaped material and the connecting structure are welded to form the deck for the ship in reliable modes such as laser hybrid welding and submerged-arc welding gas shielded welding.
本发明公开了一种适用于舰船甲板用I型金属夹芯板结构,由上面板、纵向布置I型芯材、横向I型芯材及下面板组成。各组成部分材料均为常规船用钢或舰用钢,采用激光焊接而成。I型金属夹芯甲板上下面板主要为长方型,长约1000mm~5000mm宽约1000mm~4000mm,纵向I型芯板,纵向布置,间距约为50~150mm;横向I型芯板,横向布置,间距约为500~1500mm;上下面板间距离约40~150mm。为了便于后续大拼接规模制造,纵向及横向芯材均根据实际情况采用伸出或缩进方式布置。上述的I型金属夹芯板结构与T型材及连接结构等外部结构采用激光复合焊、埋弧焊气体保护焊等可靠的方式焊接形成舰船用甲板。
