The invention discloses a welding bogie for rail engineering vehicle; the welding bogie comprises a framework assembly, wheel set assemblies, axle box suspension devices, a secondary suspension device, a brake device and a traction device, the framework assembly is of an H-shaped structure formed by installing and welding side beams and a cross beam, the side beams are of a U-shaped structure, side bearing seats, transverse shock absorber seats and vertical shock absorber seats are welded to the side beams. A rubber pile seat, a traction seat and an anti-jumping seat are welded on the cross beam; the guide frame assembly is arranged at the bottom of the framework assembly; the axle box suspension device is connected to the bottom of the framework assembly; the two ends of each wheel set assembly are supported through the axle box suspension devices, and the framework assemblies are arranged on the two wheel set assemblies. The secondary suspension device comprises a side bearing, a rubber pile, a transverse hydraulic shock absorber and an anti-skipping rope, and the brake device is a brake shoe integrated brake device, is arranged on the inner side of a wheel of the bogie and is mounted on a side beam of the framework assembly; the traction device is arranged on the traction seat; and the cross beam is connected with the vehicle body. The welding bogie is small in dead weight and high in anti-rhombus capacity, and the stability and safety of vehicle operation are improved.

    本发明公开了一种轨道工程车用焊接转向架,包括构架组成、轮对组成、轴箱悬挂装置、二系悬挂装置、制动装置和牵引装置,所述构架组成为侧梁和横梁组焊成H形结构,侧梁为U型结构,其上焊接有旁承座、横向减振器座和垂向减振器座,横梁上焊接有橡胶堆座、牵引座和防跳座;构架组成底部设导框组成,轴箱悬挂装置连接在构架组成底部;轮对组成两端通过轴箱悬挂装置支撑,构架组成设于两轮对组成上;二系悬挂装置包括旁承、橡胶堆、横向液压减振器和防跳绳,制动装置为闸瓦集成制动装置、布置在转向架车轮内侧安装在构架组成侧梁上;牵引装置设在牵引座上,横梁与车体相连。本发明自重小、抗菱形能力强,提高了车辆运行的稳定性和安全性。
