The invention provides a large-scale parking lot entrance and exit congestion studying and judging method based on vehicle average delay, and the method comprises the following steps: selecting a research target large-scale parking lot, carrying out the field investigation, and obtaining the historical traffic volume and actual vehicle delay information of various types of vehicles under different paths; selecting a corresponding vehicle average delay model according to the vehicle type, and carrying out parameter calibration; predicting the future total traffic volume of each road, and analyzing the traffic volume composition mode under different paths; calculating an average delay range of each type of vehicles, and comparing the average delay range with an average delay threshold value of the vehicles when congestion occurs; and judging whether a congestion time period exists or not, and determining an adjustment strategy. The system provided by the invention analyzes the operation characteristics and interaction influence of the multi-type traffic volume of the entrance and exit of the large-scale parking lot, quantitatively analyzes the congestion cause and congestion degree of each type of vehicles based on the accurate calculation of the average delay of the vehicles, and is a new means for studying and judging the congestion of the entrance and exit under the background of continuously increasing urban large-scale parking lots.

    本发明提供一种基于车辆平均延误的大型停车场出入口拥堵研判方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:选择研究目标大型停车场,外业调查,获取各种类型车辆不同路径下的历史交通量和车辆实际延误信息;根据车辆类型,选择相应的车辆平均延误模型,进行参数标定;预测各类道路未来总交通量,分析其在不同路径下的交通量组成方式;计算各类车辆的平均延误范围,与发生拥堵时的车辆平均延误阈值进行比较;判断是否存在拥堵时段,以及确定调节策略。本发明系统解析大型停车场出入口多类型交通量的运行特性和交互影响,基于车辆平均延误的精确计算,定量化分析各类型车辆的拥堵成因和拥堵程度,是城市大型停车场不断增加背景下的出入口拥堵研判新手段。
