The invention disclsoes a tool for converting an ROV type interface into a mandrel type interface, and aims at locking an ROV interface and carrying out interface conversion. The tool comprises a lifting mechanism, a positioning mechanism, a locking mechanism and an indicating mechanism, the lifting mechanism comprises a mandrel and a locking sleeve, the mandrel is fixed to the locking sleeve, the locking sleeve can be inserted into the ROV interface and is provided with a corresponding lock hole, a shell of the locking sleeve is fixedly connected with a positioning mechanism, the positioning mechanism is used for positioning the ROV interface, the locking mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a locking core and a locking block, the locking core is arranged in the locking sleeve in a sliding mode, the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected to the outer portion of the locking sleeve, a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder stretches into the locking sleeve and is fixedly connected with the locking core, a sliding groove is formed in the outer wall of the locking core, a locking block is arranged between the sliding groove and the locking sleeve, the piston rod stretches out and draws back, the locking core pushes the locking block to stretch out or retract into a locking hole of the locking sleeve, the corresponding locking block locks or loosens the ROV interface, and meanwhile, the indicating mechanism gives a corresponding indication.

    本发明公开了一种ROV式接口到心轴式接口转换工具,用于锁紧ROV接口并进行接口转换,包括提升机构、定位机构、锁紧机构和指示机构,提升机构包括有心轴和锁紧套,心轴固定在锁紧套上,锁紧套可插入ROV接口内,且开设有对应的锁孔,锁紧套的外壳上固定连接有定位机构,定位机构用于与ROV接口进行位置定位,锁紧机构包括有液压缸、锁紧芯和锁紧块,锁紧套的内部滑动设置有锁紧芯,液压缸固定连接在锁紧套的外部,并且液压缸的活塞杆深入到锁紧套的内部且与锁紧芯固定连接,锁紧芯的外壁上设置有滑槽,滑槽与锁紧套间设置有锁紧块,活塞杆伸缩,锁紧芯推动锁紧块伸出或回缩至锁紧套的锁孔内,对应的锁紧块锁紧或松开ROV接口,同时,指示机构作出相应指示。
