The invention relates to a three-redundancy jet pipe electro-hydraulic servo valve with displacement feedback, which comprises a three-redundancy torque motor and a three-redundancy displacement sensor, the three-redundancy torque motor adopts a three-coil independent dry structure, is mounted on a valve body and is used for controlling deflection of a nozzle assembly; the three-redundancy displacement sensor is installed in the servo valve, connected with a valve element of the sliding valve and used for monitoring the displacement of the valve element in real time and feeding back the working condition of the servo valve to a flight control system digital electronic controller. According to the three-redundancy torque motor, the three coils are independent and are of a dry type structure, and damage of one coil does not cause damage of the other two sets of coils; the three-redundancy displacement sensor (coils are of a parallel structure) is installed in the servo valve and mechanically connected with a valve element of the sliding valve, the displacement of the valve element can be monitored in real time, whether the servo valve works normally or not can be fed back to a digital electronic controller of the flight control system, and therefore the safety and reliability of the system are further improved.

    本发明涉及一种带位移反馈的三余度射流管电液伺服阀,包括三余度力矩马达、三余度位移传感器,所述三余度力矩马达采用三线圈独立、干式结构,并安装在在阀体上,用于控制喷嘴组件的偏转;所述三余度位移传感器安装在伺服阀内部,与滑阀阀芯连接,用于实时监控阀芯位移并向飞控系统数字电子控制器反馈伺服阀工作情况。本发明的三余度力矩马达采用三线圈独立、干式结构,一个线圈的损坏不应引起另外两组线圈的损坏;三余度位移传感器(线圈采用并联结构)安装在伺服阀内部,与滑阀阀芯机械连接,能够实时监控阀芯位移并向飞控系统数字电子控制器反馈伺服阀是否正常工作,从而进一步提高系统的安全性和可靠性。
