High-value migratory fishes can be cultured by utilizing water temperature formed after cooling water discharged after temperature difference energy power generation and seawater in the culture net cage are neutralized, and meanwhile temperature difference energy power generation can be utilized for supplying power to a refrigeration storage bin, personnel living residences and land. A refrigeration storage bin performs heat exchange by utilizing the low-temperature characteristic of deep cold seawater, and green and low-energy-consumption air-conditioning refrigeration is provided for a refrigeration storage chamber. A small-scale seawater desalination device is arranged beside the temperature difference energy power generation device, surface layer warm seawater extracted by a surface layer warm seawater taking pipe enters a flash evaporator, a low-boiling-point working medium is heated by low-pressure steam obtained through flash evaporation, and fresh water is produced after the low-pressure steam releases heat and is liquefied. Through ingenious combination of the power generation platform and the culture net cage, cooling water resources discharged after temperature difference energy power generation are fully utilized, and waste of cooling water is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种温差能发电冷却水综合利用装置,其发电平台左右侧设置有养殖工作甲板,发电平台下设有养殖网箱。可以利用温差能发电后排放的冷却水与养殖网箱里的海水中和后形成的水温进行养殖高价值的洄游性鱼类,同时可以利用温差能发电为冷藏存储仓、人员生活住所和陆地供电。冷藏存储仓利用深层冷海水的低温特性,进行热交换,为冷藏存储室提供绿色、低能耗的空调制冷。温差能发电装置旁边布置有小规模海水淡化装置,由表层温海水取水管抽取的表层温海水进入闪蒸器,闪蒸出来的低压蒸汽加热低沸点工质,低压蒸汽放热液化后产出淡水。本发明通过发电平台与养殖网箱的巧妙结合,充分利用了温差能发电后排放的冷却水资源,减少冷却水的浪费。
