The invention discloses a suspension type track single-open vehicle line changing system. The turnout beams connect the corresponding rear stacking beams and the corresponding front stacking beams through rotary motion to achieve line changing. The devices and the mechanisms are integrated in the wire changing system, knuckle bearings are adopted in the rotating device, the connecting device and the walking device, and therefore the position relation can be adjusted in a self-adaptive mode. In addition, the system can compensate matching errors of the turnout beam caused by temperature and vibration factors, and stable supporting and operating conditions are provided. The installation positions of a drum-shaped gear and a rack assembly of the rotary driving mechanism can also adapt to telescopic deformation of the turnout beam, and stable driving is provided. All the devices and mechanisms are combined, so that the stable operation of the suspension track line changing system is improved on the whole.
本发明公开了一种悬挂式轨道单开车辆换线系统,道岔梁通过回转运动实现将对应的后垛梁和前垛梁连接实现换线,该换线系统中集成上述装置和机构,在回转装置、连接装置、走行装置中均采用了关节轴承,能够实现自适应调整位置关系,补偿道岔梁因温度、震动因素造成的配合误差,提供稳定的支撑和运行条件,回转驱动机构的鼓形齿轮与齿条组件的安装位置也能够适应道岔梁的伸缩形变,提供稳定的驱动,以上各装置和机构结合从整体上提高了悬挂轨道换线系统的稳定运行。
