The invention provides an up-down opening type opening and closing mechanism for a railway vehicle. The opening and closing mechanism comprises a movable cabin door and movement mechanisms arranged on the two sides of the movable cabin door, and each movement mechanism comprises a four-bar mechanism, an elastic power piece and a damper. The elastic power piece provides resistance blocking movement for front-section movement of opening movement and closing movement of the four-bar mechanism and provides power driving movement for rear-section movement. The damper is in a compression stroke and does not provide damping force in the front-section movement of the opening movement and the closing movement of the four-connecting-rod mechanism, and is in a stretching stroke and provides damping force in the rear-section movement. According to the opening and closing mechanism, damping force is provided through rear-section movement of the damper in the opening and closing processes, the opening and closing mechanism is prevented from rapidly moving under the action of the elastic power piece, impact in the moving process of the opening and closing mechanism is relieved, and the situation that people are frightened or hurt due to sudden rapid movement of the movable cabin door can be avoided. The requirement for operation comfort is met, and the service life of the opening and closing mechanism can be prolonged.
本发明提供一种轨道车辆用上下开启式开闭机构,包括活动舱门和设置于活动舱门两侧的运动机构,运动机构包括四连杆机构、弹性动力件和阻尼器;弹性动力件对四连杆机构开启运动和关闭运动的前段运动均提供阻力阻碍运动,对后段运动均提供动力驱动运动;阻尼器在四连杆机构开启运动和关闭运动的前段运动中均为压缩行程,不提供阻尼力,在后段运动中均为拉伸行程,提供阻尼力。本发明的开闭机构通过阻尼器在开启和关闭过程中的后段运动均提供阻尼力,防止开闭机构在弹性动力件的作用下迅速运动,减缓开闭机构运动过程中的冲击,可避免因活动舱门突然快速运动造成的人员受到惊吓或伤害,满足操作舒适性要求,也可提高开闭机构的使用寿命。
