The invention discloses an intelligent grease lubrication device under simulated wide-range microgravity condition. The device comprises a temperature control device, and a simulated wide-range microgravity device, a lubrication device and an intelligent control device which are arranged in the temperature control device, and the simulated wide-range microgravity device is arranged in the temperature control device through a heat insulation sealing door, and is sealed in the temperature control device by a heat insulation sealing door; the lubrication device is arranged in the simulated wide-range microgravity device through the insulating sealing door and is sealed in the simulated wide-range microgravity device by the insulating sealing door; and the intelligent control device carries out intelligent analysis and diagnosis on the signal data, and wirelessly sends an instruction to the temperature control device, the simulated wide-range microgravity device and the lubrication device to realize intelligent lubrication. The device provided by the invention changes the arrangement form of parts of traditional grease lubrication devices under a simulated microgravity condition, adopts a split form, is matched with moving wheels in good time, is simple in structure, is convenient to assemble and maintain, and greatly improves the convenience and the working efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种模拟宽范围微重力条件下智慧脂润滑装置,它包括温控装置,以及安装在温控装置内的模拟宽范围微重力装置、润滑装置、智慧控制装置,所述的模拟宽范围微重力装置通过隔热密封门装入温控装置,并由隔热密封门将其封闭在温控装置内;所述的润滑装置通过绝缘密封门装入模拟宽范围微重力装置,并由绝缘密封门将其封闭在模拟宽范围微重力装置内;所述的智慧控制装置通过对信号数据进行智慧分析诊断,将指令无线发送至温控装置、模拟宽范围微重力装置和润滑装置,实现智慧润滑。改变了传统模拟微重力条件下脂润滑装置零部件布置形式,采用分体形式,并在适时地配合移动轮,结构简单、组装便捷、维修方便,极大提高了方便性和工作效率。
