The invention discloses a rudderstock cone fitting method. The method comprises the following steps that the size of a cone hole is measured; the machining size of the cone is modified on a design drawing of the cone according to the cone hole size; the rudderstock is hoisted to a numerical control lathe, and then the modified machining size is guided into a system of the numerical control lathe to machine the cone; the blue matching surface of the cone is colored; the steering engine is moved so that the cone can be inserted into the cone hole, and after the cone and the cone hole are separated, the contact condition of the cone and the cone hole is observed; and the poor contact part of the cone is locally polished. According to the rudderstock cone fitting method, the cone is machined according to the size of the cone hole, the fit degree of the machined cone and the cone hole is high, the fitting allowance of the cone is reduced, and therefore the polishing time of the fitting face is shortened, the machining precision and efficiency of the numerical control lathe are high, and the cone fitting efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开一种舵杆锥体拂配方法,包括以下步骤:测量锥孔尺寸;参照锥孔尺寸在锥体的设计图纸上修改锥体的加工尺寸;将舵杆吊装至数控车床上,然后将修改后的加工尺寸导入数控车床的系统对锥体进行加工;将锥体的拂配面进行着色;移动舵机,以使锥体插入锥孔内,分离锥体和锥孔后观察锥体与锥孔的接触情况;将锥体接触不良的部位进行局部打磨。该舵杆锥体拂配方法是根据锥孔的尺寸对锥体进行加工,加工出来的锥体和锥孔的配合度较高,减少了锥体的拂配余量,从而减少拂配面的打磨时间,而且数控车床加工精度和效率较高,提高了锥体拂配的效率。
