The method comprises the steps of S100, electrifying and initializing; S200, enabling a first-level control system to detect, register and activate a newly added second-level control module; S300, sending an instruction to the first-level control system; S400, judging whether the current instruction is a query instruction or not, if so, executing the step S500, and if not, executing the step S600; S500, responding to the query instruction and outputting a query result, and ending the process; S600, judging whether the current control instruction is an acceleration instruction or not, if so, executing the step S700, and if not, executing the step S800; S700, sending the numerical value of the current electronic throttle, and executing the step SA10; S800, judging whether the instruction is a steering instruction or not, if so, executing the step S900, and if not, executing the step SA00; S900, executing steering operation, and executing the step SA10; SA00: executing braking/cruising/reversing operation; SA10, judging whether the control of the power cabin is ended or not, if so, ending the process, and otherwise, executing the step SA20; and SA20, judging whether another instruction is sent or not, if so, executing the step S400, and if not, executing the step SA20.
