The invention relates to the technical field of container ships, in particular to a device for container ship guide rail assembly positioning and cabin capacity detection, which is applied to a guide rail; the device comprises a supporting component, a magnetic adsorption component, a prying component and a distance detection component. A mounting groove is formed in the supporting component; the supporting component is arranged on a protruding structure in a sliding mode through the mounting groove. A magnetic adsorption component is arranged at the part, in contact with the transverse extension part of first angle steel and/or the transverse extension part of second angle steel, of the supporting component; the transverse extension part of the first angle steel provided with the magnetic adsorption component and/or the transverse extension part of the second angle steel provided with the magnetic adsorption component are/is provided with the prying component rotationally connected with the transverse extension part, and the prying component is of a lever structure with different lengths on the two sides of a fulcrum; and distance detection components are arranged on the two opposite side portions of the supporting component respectively. Therefore, the device can easily complete the work of detecting the distance between the guide rails, the workload is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
