The flight control system comprises a memory unit. The main MCU is connected with the control system and the flight control system, so that when an operator cannot accurately judge the condition of a water area or the connection between a remote controller and the lifeboat is abnormal, the control system of the lifeboat can be used for controlling the lifeboat, or the flight control system can be used for realizing intelligent return voyage on the original road; therefore, the rescued person can be safely rescued out, secondary damage to the rescued person or the rescued person is prevented from being in a trapped state again, and the rescue effect and the rescue efficiency are improved.
