The taking-off and landing supporting frame is fixedly arranged below the unmanned aerial vehicle. The distilled water tank is fixedly arranged on the taking-off and landing supporting frame, a water outlet is formed in the distilled water tank and connected with the water inlet end of a water pump through a pipeline, and a water spraying pipe is arranged at the water outlet end of the water pump. The mounting plate is arranged on the taking-off and landing supporting frame, a motor seat is arranged on the mounting plate, the motor seat and the mounting plate are mounted at an angle, a motor is arranged on the motor seat, and the output end of the motor is connected with the water pump. A worker obtains the position of the main cleaning mechanism through a display, an insulator string is cleaned after the motor is started, the working intensity of the worker can be relieved, and the cleaning safety is improved. As cleaning is conducted through high-pressure water, on one hand, cleaning is more thorough, and on the other hand, the cleaning efficiency can be improved.
