The invention discloses an intelligent control system of a cotton topping unmanned aerial vehicle. The unmanned aerial vehicle is provided with four rotor wings, four flight motor drives, and a topping motor; the intelligent control system is composed of a microcontroller, a direct current motor topping driving circuit, a direct current motor driving circuit, an infrared distance measuring sensor, a GSM/GPRS module, a machine vision module, a GPS/Beidou positioning module, a gyroscope, and a power module. The control method comprises the following steps: a) training a cotton top bud recognition model; b) setting flight parameters; c) flying an unmanned aerial vehicle; d) collecting images; e) performing top bud topping operations; f) ending the topping operations. According to the cotton topping unmanned aerial vehicle and the method, an unmanned aerial vehicle flies according to a set path, cotton bud tops are automatically recognized and topped through a machine vision module, when the infrared distance measuring sensor monitors obstacles, and the unmanned aerial vehicle automatically bypasses, so that efficient and accurate topping of cotton is achieved.

    本发明的棉花打顶无人机的智能控制系统,无人机为四旋翼,棉花打顶无人机上设置有四个飞行电机驱动和一个打顶电机,智能控制系统由微控制器、直流电机打顶驱动电路、直流电机驱动电路、红外测距传感器、GSM/GPRS模块、机器视觉模块、GPS/北斗定位模块、陀螺仪和电源模块组成。本发明的控制方法,包括:a).训练棉花顶芽识别模型;b).设置飞行参数;c).无人机的飞行;d).图像采集;e).打顶芽操作;f).打顶作业结束。本发明的棉花打顶无人机及方法,无人机按照设定的路径飞行,通过机器视觉模块自动识别棉花芽顶并打顶,当红外测距传感器监测到障碍物时自动绕行,实现了棉花的高效、准确打顶。
