The invention provides a vehicle, an energy conversion device and a control method thereof, the energy conversion device comprises a bridge arm converter, a motor and an energy storage element, and the motor, the energy storage element and a battery are connected to form a battery heating circuit. The control method comprises the following steps: acquiring a battery heating instruction; using the initial charging and discharging frequency as the target charging and discharging frequency of the battery heating circuit to control the bridge arm converter, so that a battery and the energy storage element are charged and discharged, and the battery is self-heated; acquiring a temperature parameter of the motor, and adjusting a target charge-discharge frequency of the battery heating circuit according to the temperature parameter of the motor; and controlling the bridge arm converter to adjust the current flowing through the battery heating circuit according to the target charging and discharging frequency so as to adjust the iron loss of the motor. According to the invention, the bridge arm converter is adjusted according to the change of the temperature parameter of the motor, the control of the iron loss of the motor is realized, and the phenomenon that the motor is slightly heated and heavily smoked along with the increase of the heating time in the self-heating process of the battery is avoided.

    本申请技术方案提供一种车辆、能量转换装置及其控制方法,能量转换装置包括桥臂变换器、电机和储能元件,电机、储能元件与电池连接形成电池加热电路,控制方法包括:获取到电池加热指令时,以初始充放电频率作为电池加热电路的目标充放电频率控制控制桥臂变换器,使电池与储能元件进行充电和放电,以使电池进行自加热;获取电机的温度参数,根据电机的温度参数调节电池加热电路的目标充放电频率;根据目标充放电频率控制桥臂变换器调节流经电池加热电路中的电流,以调节电机的铁耗。本申请根据电机的温度参数的变化调节桥臂变换器,实现对电机的铁耗的控制,进而避免电池自加热过程中随着加热时间的增加而引起的电机轻则发热、重则冒烟的现象。
