本发明涉及一种轨道车辆双层不锈钢防火地板,包括:地板模块、设于地板模块下方的横梁和纵梁,地板模块由平地板和设于平地板上表面的波纹地板和纵向的座椅安装梁构成,座椅安装梁与横梁点焊固定,扶手安装座设置于地板模块上表面,至少一部分扶手安装座与纵梁点焊固定。本发明将传统的波纹地板(1.2mm)改为两层不锈钢薄钢板(0.6mm)焊接,有效减少整个波纹地板重量,双层结构地板在两层钢板间形成中空夹层,能够减少火灾时地板和上部内装结构之间的热传导,满足EN45545‑3要求;波纹地板和座椅安装梁与平地板之间采用缝焊连接,整个双层不锈钢防火地板与底架横梁采用点焊连接,保证波纹地板不产生较大焊接变形。
