The system comprises a PTC heater and a PTC controller, and is characterized in that the PTC controller is used for controlling the PTC heater to work so as to control the temperature of outlet water of the PTC heater; the PTC heater is configured to be in multi-gear power adjustment, and the PTC controller controls the PTC to output corresponding gears according to gear signals sent by the upper computer so as to control the temperature of the PTC output port. The system has the advantages that: the PTC is controlled through a plurality of power gears, so that the PTC works at the most suitable gear, the power consumption is reduced while the requirement of heating the battery is met, and the influence of battery heating on the endurance mileage is reduced. The power can be controlled in a manner of automatically reading, identifying and judging after the water temperature target value is quickly reached according to the maximum power, so that the gear is adjusted to be lowered or raised until the PTC power gear is in the most appropriate state, the balance of power consumption and battery heating is achieved, and the heating requirement of the battery is met with the minimum power consumption.
本发明公开了一种多档调节控制的高压水暖PTC控制系统,包括PTC加热器及PTC控制器,所述PTC控制器用于控制PTC加热器工作以实现对PTC出水温度的控制;所述PTC加热器配置为多档功率调节,所述PTC控制器根据上位机发来的挡位信号控制PTC输出对应挡位来控制PTC输出口的温度。本发明的优点在于:通过多种功率挡位对PTC进行控制,使其工作在最合适的挡位,在满足加热电池需求的同时减少耗电量,从而减少电池加热对于续航里程的影响。功率的控制可以按照最大功率工作快速达到水温目标值后通过自动读取识别判断的方式来调整降低或升高挡位,直至PTC功率挡位处于最合适的状态,达到耗电和电池加热的平衡,以最少的耗电量达到电池的加热需求。
