The invention relates to an integrated composite evacuation platform for subway tunnels, a preparation method of the composite evacuation platform, and a preparation system. The method comprises the following preparation steps: fiber yarns are pulled into a gum dipping tank for dipping to obtain gum dipped fibers; and fiber fabric, fireproof materials and the gum dipped fibers are pulled to penetrate through a prefabricated forming plate at the same time, and pulled to a high-temperature curing mold for high-temperature curing to obtain the integrated composite evacuation platform for subway tunnels, specifically, in the high-temperature curing mold, the fireproof materials are arranged at intervals along the width or height of the high-temperature curing mold. Through the design of the preparation method of the integrated composite evacuation platform for subway tunnels, the problem that an existing conventional evacuation platform has the defects that assembling is complex, gaps and height difference exist in assembly of platform plates, passengers are prone to falling down, the fireproof and heat insulation effects are poor, and the fire resistance grade of materials is not enough, and consequently passenger evacuation is affected, and even life safety of passengers is threatened is solved.

    本发明涉及一种整体式地铁隧道用复合材料疏散平台、其制备方法和制备系统;包括如下制备步骤:将纤维纱牵引至浸胶槽中进行浸渍,获得浸胶纤维;分别将纤维织物、防火材料和浸胶纤维同时牵引穿过预制成型板,牵引至高温固化模具,高温固化后,获得整体式地铁隧道用复合材料疏散平台;其中在高温固化模具中,防火材料沿高温固化模具宽度或高度间隔布设;本发明的目的在于通过整体式地铁隧道用复合材料疏散平台制备方法的设计以解决现有常规疏散平台存在的组装复杂、平台板组装存在缝隙和高度差,容易摔倒、防火隔热效果差,材料耐火等级不够等缺点,影响乘客疏散甚至威胁乘客的生命安全的技术问题。
