The invention discloses a vehicle-road cooperation roadside equipment information issuing method event importance. According to the invention, more accurate data modification processing can be obtained, the change trend of the traffic flow can be better reflected, the proportion of abnormal data can be greatly reduced, and the method can be used for traffic flow model prediction in daily and major holidays of a highway network. The method comprises: (1) determining that the information amount of a j-th road section of an objective function fj is a formula (1); (2) determining an attenuation factor according to the distance from roadside equipment to an information generation road section, and representing the real-time attenuation factor of j road section information in an i road section through eij; (3) establishing a mathematical programming model as a formula (3); (4) according to the importance degree and the emergency degree of the information, dividing the information content into general information, prompt information, suggestion information, compulsory information and emergency or emergency information, and quantifying the importance degrees of the information, and respectively setting the importance degrees as 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 and 1.0; and when a plurality of pieces of information need to be displayed on the same device at the same time, performing selection and rejection according to the height of the importance coefficient.

    基于事件重要度的车路协同路侧设备信息发布方法,能够得到更精确的数据修改处理,可以更好地反映交通流的变化趋势,可以大大降低异常数据比例,可用于公路网日常和重大节假日的车流量模型预测上。包括:(1目标函数fj第j路段的信息量为公式(1);(2)衰减因子的确定依赖于从路侧设备到信息发生路段的距离,通过eij表示j路段信息在i路段实时的衰减因子;(3)建立数学规划模型为公式(3);(4)按照信息的重要程度与紧急程度,将信息内容分为通用信息、提示信息、建议信息、强制信息、突发或紧急信息,将这些信息的重要度进行量化,分别设为:0.2、0.4、0.8和1.0;当在同一个上需要同时显示多条信息时,按照重要度系数的高度进行取舍。
