The invention discloses a heating device suitable for a coupling water pipeline of a rail flaw detection car. The heating device comprises a microcomputer controller, wherein each coupling water pipe is provided with a heat tracing pipe, an inlet of each heat tracing pipe communicates with an outlet of a hot water segregator, an outlet of each heat tracing pipe communicates with a heat tracing water return main pipe, and the heat tracing water return main pipe communicates with an inlet of a water tank; an outlet of the water tank communicates with the hot water segregator through a diesel heater; a temperature sensor is arranged at the spray head end of each coupling water spray pipe, and the temperature sensors are connected with the microcomputer controller through temperature transmitters; meanwhile, temperature sensors are arranged at the bottom of the rail flaw detection car and in the water tank correspondingly, and the temperature sensors are connected with the microcomputer controller through temperature transmitters; and the microcomputer controller is connected with a man-machine interaction touch screen, the diesel heater and an audible and visual alarm. According to the heating device, an anti-freezing effect of a coupling waterway can be realized, and the continuity of flaw detection operation is ensured.

    一种适用于钢轨探伤车耦合水管路的加热装置,包括微电脑控制器,在每个耦合水管上设置有伴热管,该伴热管的入口和热水分水器的出口连通,而伴热管的出口和伴热回水总管连通,该伴热回水总管和水箱进口连通;水箱出口和热水分水器之间通过柴油加热器连通;在每个耦合水喷管的喷头端设置有温度传感器,该温度传感器通过温度变送器和微电脑控制器连接;同时,在钢轨探伤车的车底和水箱中分别设置有温度传感器,该温度传感器通过温度变送器和微电脑控制器连接;所述微电脑控制器和人机交互触控屏、柴油加热器、声光报警器连接。本发明能实现耦合水路防冻效果,确保探伤检测作业的连续性。
