The invention discloses a method for adjusting axial variable stiffness and deflection variable stiffness of an integral liquid rubber composite joint. The liquid rubber composite joint comprises a mandrel, a rubber body, a vulcanized body outer sleeve, a stop block and an integral outer sleeve, wherein the rubber body is vulcanized between the vulcanized body outer sleeve and the mandrel to form a whole, and the outer sides of the stop block and the vulcanized body outer sleeve are sleeved with the whole outer sleeve; a pit which is sunken towards the inner side of the mandrel is formed in the mandrel, bosses are arranged on the two sides of the pit, axial rubber layers are vulcanized on the inner sides of the bosses, the stop block is arranged at the position of the pit, the maximum outer diameter of the bosses of the mandrel is set to be larger than the minimum inner diameter of the stop block, and when the stop block and the mandrel move relatively in the axial direction, the boss of the mandrel can stop the axial movement of the stop block. By adjusting a distance between the stop block and the axial rubber layer and adjusting the thickness of the axial rubber layer, the liquid rubber composite joint can meet different rigidity requirements of a vehicle under different working conditions.

    整体式液体橡胶复合节点的轴向变刚度和偏转变刚度调节方法,液体橡胶复合节点包括芯轴、橡胶体、硫化体外套、止挡块和整体外套;将橡胶体硫化在硫化体外套与芯轴之间形成一个整体,在止挡块和硫化体外套的外侧套有整体外套;在芯轴上开向芯轴内侧凹陷的凹坑,在凹坑的两侧都设置凸台,且在所述凸台的内侧硫化有轴向橡胶层,在所述凹坑处设置止挡块,将芯轴的凸台的最大外径设置为大于止挡块的最小内径,让止挡块与芯轴发生轴向方向的相对移动时,芯轴的凸台能阻挡止挡块的轴向移动。通过调节止挡块与轴向橡胶层的间距,以及调节轴向橡胶层的厚度,使得液体橡胶复合节点能满足车辆能在不同工况下的不同刚度需求。
