The environment-friendly mixed refrigerant comprises a first component and a second component, the first component is fluoromethane, and the second component is one or two of 2, 3, 3, 3-tetrafluoropropene and trans-1, 3, 3, 3-tetrafluoropropene. The environment-friendly mixed refrigerant comprises the following components in percentage by mole: 12-48% of a first component and 52-88% of a second component. All the components of the environment-friendly mixed refrigerant are mixed and stirred in a normal-temperature liquid-phase state, and the environment-friendly mixed refrigerant is obtained. The environment-friendly mixed refrigerant provided by the embodiment of the invention can better replace an R134a refrigerant, on one hand, the environment-friendly and safety characteristics of the refrigerant are considered at the same time, it is guaranteed that the safety level is not lower than A2L on the basis that GWP is smaller than 150, on the other hand, the high-temperature refrigeration performance and the low-temperature heating performance are guaranteed at the same time, the energy efficiency is basically equivalent to that of the R134a, and the volume refrigerating/heating capacity is improved by more than 10% and can be improved by 121% at most.
