The invention provides a method for inspecting a single closed cavity foam sandwich structure after damage repair. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a target tail rotor blade comprising a tail rotor blade with zero service life or an unused tail rotor blade; based on the target tail rotor blade and a knocking detector, determining a target elastic characteristic value of the knocking detector; and based on the target elastic characteristic value of the knocking detector, determining whether the tail rotor blade subjected to damage repair is debonded or not; according to the method, the layering fault of the tail rotor blade after glue injection repair can be simply, intuitively, quickly and accurately identified, a conclusion whether the fault is qualified or not can be given, and the method can be popularized for inspection after damage repair of the single closed cavity foam sandwich structure.
