The invention provides a composite load reduction device for a navigation body. The device comprises a head fairing, the navigation body, a buffer device, a cavitator and a side fairing; the side edge fairing comprises a fairing side wall and a micro-pore layer plate set arranged in the fairing side wall; and a high-pressure air cavity is formed in the front end of the micro-pore layer plate set, a sub-high-pressure air cavity is formed in the rear end of the micro-pore layer plate set, the micro-pore layer plate set comprises at least one micro-pore layer plate, a plurality of gas permeation holes are formed in the micro-pore layer plate, and the gas permeation holes are used for depressurizing high-pressure gas in the high-pressure air cavity and transmitting the high-pressure gas into the secondary high-pressure air cavity. Air cushion type buffering is added on the basis of a traditional buffering device, the buffering and load reducing capacity of the device is enhanced, and meanwhile the head of the navigation body is prevented from being damaged by too high pressure of compressed gas through the osmotic pressure effect of the micro-pore plate.
本发明提供一种航行体复合降载装置,包括头部整流罩、航行体、缓冲装置、空化器和侧边整流罩;所述侧边整流罩包括整流罩侧壁和设置在所述整流罩侧壁内的微气孔层板组;微气孔层板组的前端形成高压空气腔,微气孔层板组的后端形成次高压空气腔,所述微气孔层板组包括至少一个微气孔层板,所述微气孔层板上设有多个气体渗透孔,所述气体渗透孔用于将所述高压空气腔内的高压气体降压传输至所述次高压空气腔内。本发明在传统的缓冲装置的基础上增加了气垫式缓冲,增强了装置的缓冲降载能力,同时利用微气孔板的渗透压作用避免了航行体头部被压缩气体过高的压力损坏。
