The invention discloses a degradation management method for a train-to-train communication train control system, which comprises the following steps of: train degradation treatment: immediately implementing emergency braking after the train is degraded, and enabling an OC to extend a recorded final position of the train for a distance along a train head to be the position of a non-communication train and to be limited by the boundary of a front train, and after the vehicle-mounted OBC judges that the train stops stably, removing the owned driving resources and accessory resources in a delayed mode, and after the OC and the ATS confirm that the train stops stably, recovering the driving resources and the accessory resources in a delayed mode; running of the degraded train on the main track: handling a degraded train route from the tail of the train to the next platform/annunciator, then completing degraded route locking and signal opening are completed, and finally driving, by the RM, the train to the next target platform to be parked; and upgrade processing of the degraded train: after communication recovery or positioning recovery of the degraded train, upgrading CBTC operation. According to the invention, the degradation of the train can be managed when no secondary train occupies the detection equipment in the line, and the function integrity and safety of the system are ensured.

    本发明公开了一种车车通信列控系统降级管理方法,包括如下步骤:列车降级处理:列车降级后立即实施紧急制动,OC将记录的列车最后位置并沿车头延伸一段距离为非通信车的位置且受限于前车边界,车载OBC判断列车停稳后延时清除拥有的行车资源和附属资源,OC与ATS确认列车停稳后,延时回收行车资源和附属资源;降级列车正线运行:首先办理从车尾到下一站台/信号机的降级列车进路,然后完成降级进路锁闭和信号开放,最后RM驾驶列车到下一目标站台停车;降级列车升级处理:降级列车通信恢复或定位恢复后,升级CBTC运行。本发明解决线路无次级列车占用检测设备时列车降级也能被管理,保证系统功能完整性和安全性。
