The invention discloses a rail guide device. The device comprises a hanging plate, a guide rod, a telescopic assembly and a plurality of guide wheel assemblies; the guide rod is arranged on the hanging plate, a guide space is formed between every two adjacent guide wheel assemblies, and the guide spaces are used for guiding when the guide device walks in the length direction of rails, can adapt to the width change of the rails, guarantees smooth turning, and guarantees smooth guiding-in and guiding-out of the rails of the rail guide device, and the opposite guide wheels on the two sides can be automatically opened through the telescopic assembly. By arranging a elastic piece, the head shaking angle of the rail guide device in the operation detection process can be controlled, and therefore the walking stability is improved. The invention further discloses an APM rail detection device which comprises a frame, a detection unit and a rail guide device. The APM rail detection device is compact in structure, good in practicability and high in detection precision.

    本发明公开一种轨道导向装置,包括挂板、导杆、伸缩组件以及多组导轮组件;导杆设置在挂板上,相邻两组导轮组件之间形成导向空间,导向空间用于导向装置沿轨道长度方向行走时进行导向,能够自适应轨道宽度变化,保证顺利过弯,为保证轨道导向装置顺利的导入和导出轨道,两侧相对的导轮还可以通过伸缩组件自动张开;通过设置弹性件,还可以控制轨道导向装置运行检测过程中的摇头角,从而提高行走的稳定性。本发明还公开了一种APM轨道检测装置,包括车架、检测单元以及轨道导向装置,本发明的APM轨道检测装置结构紧凑,实用性好,检测精度高。
