The method comprises the following steps: firstly, accurately sampling uncertain state features of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and evaluating and classifying the sampling information; secondly, providing various unmanned aerial vehicle-electric vehicle transaction modes in combination with environment information, path planning and the like, and achieving the maximum mutual benefit and win-win situation of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the electric vehicle through energy distribution and income estimation; and finally, enabling the unmanned aerial vehicle to select a matched charging end electric vehicle by self through the matched charging end electric vehicle information screened out by the system. According to the vehicle-mounted unmanned aerial vehicle wireless charging method and system, the flexibility of an electric vehicle can be fully utilized to supply power to the unmanned aerial vehicle, a proper energy provider can be conveniently and rapidly screened for the unmanned aerial vehicle through an energy calculation and price estimation algorithm, energy interaction between the unmanned aerial vehicle and the energy provider is completed, and the maneuverability and endurance mileage of the unmanned aerial vehicle are improved.
