The invention discloses a marine winch heave compensation device and method. In the device, a main loop is connected with a hydraulic transformer, an electromagnetic valve and a roller mechanism, the electromagnetic valve is further connected with a braking mechanism and an energy storage part, the roller mechanism, a pulley block and a drill column are sequentially connected, and the hydraulic transformer is further connected with the energy storage part; the main loop comprises a one-way variable hydraulic motor, an overflow valve, a one-way valve and a two-way variable hydraulic motor, and the roller mechanism rotates forwards and backwards through the hydraulic motor, so that the pulley block drives the drill column to ascend and descend; the hydraulic transformer transmits the power, adjusts the pressure and changes parameters; the energy storage part is a leather bag type air charged energy accumulator for storing hydraulic oil; the roller mechanism rotates forwards and backwards to pull a cable in the pulley block; and the braking mechanism is subjected to braking control by the main loop through the electromagnetic valve. According to the device and method, compensation for ascending and sinking of the drill column is achieved based on hydraulic compensation.
本发明公开了一种船用绞车升沉补偿装置及方法,装置中主回路与液压变压器、电磁阀和滚筒机构分别连接,电磁阀还与制动机构和蓄能部连接,滚筒机构、滑轮组和钻柱依次连接,液压变压器还与蓄能部连接,主回路包括单向变量液压马达、溢流阀、单向阀和双向变量液压马达,通过液压马达对滚筒机构正转和反转,从而使滑轮组带动钻柱上升与下降;液压变压器进行传递功率、调节压力和改变参数;蓄能部采用皮囊式充气蓄能器,储存液压油;滚筒机构正转和反转来拉动滑轮组中的缆绳;制动机构由主回路通过电磁阀进行制动控制。本发明基于液压补偿来实现钻柱的上升与下沉的补偿。
