The second wheels are arranged in the circumferential direction of the second supporting plate at intervals and can rotate relative to the second supporting plate. The first supporting plate is provided with the mounting hole with the non-circular cross section, the second supporting plate is provided with the first boss with the non-circular cross section, and the first boss is matched with the mounting hole, so that the first boss is circumferentially located, and the first supporting plate is prevented from circumferentially sliding relative to the second supporting plate; and the reliability of circumferential connection between the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate is realized.
