The invention relates to the technical field of helicopter cabin doors, in particular to a helicopter cockpit door durability testing device and an operation method, and the helicopter cockpit door durability testing device comprises a loading platform, an inner unlocking mechanism, an outer unlocking mechanism, a power mechanism, a flexible pull piece and an induction mechanism; the inner and outer unlocking mechanisms are respectively arranged on the inner and outer sides of a cabin door; one end of the power mechanism is arranged on the loading platform, and the other end is arranged on the inner side face of the cabin door through a flexible pull piece. On one hand, by arranging the inner unlocking mechanism, the outer unlocking mechanism and the power mechanism, the opening and closing conditions of the cabin door can be effectively simulated, and a reliable experimental basis is provided for durability testing of the cabin door; on the other hand, the flexible pull piece can more reasonably simulate a human hand to contact with the cabin door handle, and the data reliability of the cabin door durability simulation test is further improved. In addition, the induction mechanism enables all states of the cabin door to be monitored and recorded when the cabin door is opened and closed, obtained data can provide a reference basis for research and development personnel to optimize the design of the cabin door, so that the durability of the cockpit door is further improved.

    本发明涉及直升机舱门技术领域,尤其涉及直升机驾驶舱门耐久性测试装置及操作方法,包括装载台、内解锁机构、外解锁机构、动力机构、柔性拉件和感应机构;内、外解锁机构分别设置于舱门的内外侧;动力机构的一端设置于装载台上,另一端通过柔性拉件设置于舱门的内侧面上。本发明一方面通过设置内、外解锁机构和动力机构,能够有效模拟舱门的启闭状况,为舱门的耐久性测试提供可靠的实验依据;另一方面,柔性拉件能够更为合理地模拟人手接触舱门把手,进一步提高舱门耐久性模拟试验的数据可靠性。此外,感应机构则使得舱门在启闭时的各状态均能够被监测记录,所得数据能够为研发人员优化舱门的设计提供参考依据,从而进一步提高驾驶舱门的耐久性。
