The invention discloses a brake wheel shock absorber. The shock absorber comprises a connecting sleeve, a connecting rod, a flange plate, springs and a sealing ring; the connecting sleeve is of a rotary body structure formed by combining a cylinder and a thin-wall cylinder, and a circular through hole is formed in a head of the cylinder and connected with a landing gear shaft; the springs penetrate through two ends of the connecting rod respectively, the connecting rod is integrally mounted in the thin-wall cylinder of the connecting sleeve, one end of the connecting rod with a round hole penetrates through a through hole in the center of the flange plate, and the flange plate is fixed on the connecting sleeve through bolts; and after the connecting rod, the connecting sleeve and the flange plate are assembled, a cavity is formed inside and filled with hydraulic damping fluid. Due to the fact that the brake wheel shock absorber is installed between the landing gear shaft and a brake wheel, damping between the brake wheel and the landing gear shaft is increased, and the influence of torque fluctuation of the brake wheel on the landing gear shaft is weakened.

    本发明公开了一种刹车机轮减振器,包括连接套筒、连接杆、法兰盘、弹簧和密封圈;连接套筒为圆柱体与薄壁圆筒组合而成的回转体结构,圆柱体头部有一圆形通孔,与飞机起落架轴连接;连接杆两端分别穿有弹簧,整体安装在连接套筒的薄壁圆筒内,连接杆开圆孔的一端穿过法兰盘中心的通孔,法兰盘通过螺栓固定在连接套筒上;连接杆、连接套筒和法兰盘装配后,内部形成空腔,空腔内填充液压阻尼液。本发明通过在起落架轴与刹车机轮之间安装刹车机轮减振器,增大了刹车机轮与起落架轴之间的阻尼,减弱了刹车机轮力矩波动对起落架轴的影响。
