The invention discloses a large-tonnage hydraulic brake commercial vehicle clutch control boosting system. The system comprises a vacuum booster with a main cylinder assembly, wherein the vacuum booster with the main cylinder assembly is a main structure of the device, and a fixing plate is arranged on the front side of the vacuum booster with the main cylinder assembly; and a vacuum pipeline, wherein one end of the vacuum pipeline is connected with a vacuum tank and the vacuum booster with the main cylinder assembly, and the other end of the vacuum pipeline is connected with a vacuum pump. According to the large-tonnage hydraulic brake commercial vehicle clutch control boosting system, after a vehicle is started, an engine drives the vacuum pump to work, air in the vacuum tank and a vacuum cavity of the vacuum booster with the main cylinder assembly is pumped through the vacuum pipeline, and the vacuum degree inside reaches about 90 KPa. When a driver steps on a clutch pedal, air enters an air cavity in the vacuum booster with the main cylinder assembly from the outside; and an air pressure difference is formed between the vacuum cavity and the air cavity of the booster, and the vacuum booster with the main cylinder assembly is helped to discharge high-pressure oil into an inner cavity of a hydraulic pipeline and an inner cavity of a clutch branch cylinder.

    本发明公开了一种大吨位液刹商用车离合操纵助力系统,包括:真空助力器带主缸总成,真空助力器带主缸总成为装置的主要结构,所述真空助力器带主缸总成的前侧设置有固定板;真空管路,其一端分别与所述真空罐和真空助力器带主缸总成相连接,所述真空管路的另一端和真空泵相连接。该大吨位液刹商用车离合操纵助力系统,车辆启动后,发动机带动真空泵工作,通过真空管路抽取真空罐和真空助力器带主缸总成真空腔中的空气,使得其中的真空度达到90KPa左右。当驾驶员踩下离合器踏板后,空气从外界进入真空助力器带主缸总成中空气腔;助力器真空腔与空气腔形成气压差,帮助真空助力器带主缸总成排出高压油到液压管路和离合器分缸的内腔中。
