The robot traction winch comprises a splash-proof shell; a main winch wheel is arranged in the splash-proof shell; a sling pressing wheel set is arranged outside the main winch wheel; the sling pressing wheel set is composed of a plurality of small hanging wheels; a V-shaped groove is formed in the portion, between the sling pressing wheel set and the main winch wheel, of the main winch; an elastic spring is arranged outside the sling pressing wheel set; one end of the elastic spring is fixed into the splash-proof shell; the other end of the elastic spring is fixedly connected with the sling pressing wheel set; and a deconcentrator is arranged between the main winch wheel and the splash-proof shell. Meanwhile, a plurality of sling pressing wheel sets and a V-shaped groove main wheel are utilized to ensure that the main winch wheel and the sling have enough friction force, so that the accurate rotating stroke of the program-controlled main winch wheel is achieved, the sliding step error is avoided; meanwhile, the tightness degree of the sling pressing wheel sets can be adjusted through an arranged tightness spring, and therefore the stability and smoothness of the introduced sling are adjusted.
