The invention provides a cable take-up and pay-off device and a charging pile. The cable take-up and pay-off device comprises a base body and a sliding wheel, wherein a cable is arranged on the base body in a penetrating mode, the first end of the cable is fixedly arranged on the base body and is electrically connected with a power supply network, and the second end of the cable can extend out of the base body; and the sliding wheel is rotatably and movably arranged in the base body, the cable winds around the sliding wheel, a connecting line between the first end and the second end is not parallel to the movement track line of the sliding wheel, and the sliding wheel extrudes or releases the cable when moving so as to enable the cable to be stored in or extend out of the base body. According to the cable take-up and pay-off device and the charging pile, the problem that the power and the service life of the cable are influenced by a sliding ring in the cable take-up and pay-off process in the prior art is solved.

    本发明提供了一种线缆收放线装置和充电桩。其中,线缆收放线装置包括:基体,线缆穿设在基体上,线缆的第一端固定设置在基体上并与供电网络电连接,线缆的第二端能够伸出基体;滑动轮,滑动轮可转动且可移动地设置在基体内,线缆绕经滑动轮,第一端和第二端之间的连线与滑动轮的运动轨迹线不平行设置,并且滑动轮移动时挤压或释放线缆,以使线缆收纳或伸出基体。本发明解决了现有技术中的电缆收放中滑环影响线缆的功率及寿命的问题。
