The invention provides a somersault pulley intelligent retracting and releasing device based on an unmanned aerial vehicle. The somersault pulley intelligent retracting and releasing device is used for solving the technical problems that an existing somersault pulley is low in retracting and releasing safety and low in efficiency. The somersault pulley intelligent retracting and releasing device comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, the unmanned aerial vehicle is provided with a pulley winding and unwinding device, the pulley winding and unwinding device is connected with a pulley mechanism through a magnetic mechanism, and the pulley mechanism is matched with a ground wire of a power transmission line; and the pulley retracting and releasing device and the magnetic mechanism are connected with a PLC, and the PLC is connected with a remote controller in a wireless mode. The pulley can be installed in place at a time, repeated operation is avoided, and therefore the replacement frequency of tools can be reduced, the suspension time is saved, and the working efficiency is improved; under the working condition of conforming to the safety specification, an operator does not need to climb a tower, so that accurate putting of the pulley is realized; and manpower and material resources are saved, special requirements on the working environment are avoided, high-altitude operation of operators can be effectively reduced, potential safety hazards of the operators are eliminated in time, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明提出了一种基于无人机的跟头滑车智能收放装置,用以解决现有跟头滑车收放安全性低且效率低的技术问题。本发明包括无人机,所述无人机上安装有滑车收放装置,滑车收放装置通过磁性机构与滑车机构相连接,滑车机构与输电线的地线相配合;所述滑车收放装置和磁性机构均PLC控制器相连接,PLC控制器通过无线与遥控器相连接。本发明的滑车能一次安装到位,避免了重复作业,从而可以降低工具的更换频率,节约了悬挂时间、提高了工作效率;在符合安全规范的工况下,无需作业人员攀登杆塔实现滑车的精准投放;节省人力物力,对工作环境没有特殊要求,可有效减少作业人员高空作业,及时消除人员安全隐患,提高工作效率。
