The invention provides a high-efficiency anti-vibration paddle structure. The high-efficiency anti-vibration paddle structure comprises a paddle hub, at least two paddles and a wingtip assembly, wherein the paddle hub is fixedly connected with roots of the propeller blades, and at least two first through holes are formed in tail ends of the propeller blades; the wingtip assembly comprises a connecting part and a bent part, the connecting part is provided with a cavity connected with a tail end of the paddle in a sleeving mode, and the cavity is provided with a second through hole and a sticky pressing belt; and the first through hole and the second through hole are detachably connected through a fixing piece. According to the high-efficiency anti-vibration paddle structure provided by the invention, the paddle and the wingtip assembly are detachably connected, meanwhile, the connecting part of the wingtip assembly and the paddle is fixed by utilizing the fixing piece, and bonding is carried out by utilizing the adhesive tape, so the wingtip is convenient to maintain while the vortex of the wingtip is reduced and the vibration of the paddle is prevented.
