The invention provides a stern shaft feeding device for ship shafting installation. The stern shaft feeding trolley comprises a shaft fixing plate, a frame, a wheel assembly and a guide wheel device, wherein the shaft fixing plate comprises a fixing frame and a gasket; the frame comprises a wheel seat, a panel, a traction ring and a hydraulic interface; the wheel assembly comprises a piston wheel seat, a wheel, a lining, a first wheel shaft and a baffle; the guide wheel device comprises a guide wheel and a second wheel shaft; the using method of the device comprises steps that when a stern shaft is loaded on the stern shaft feeding trolley, after the stern shaft is lifted to the safe height and the stern shaft feeding trolley is pulled to the installation position, a stop valve of a manual pump is opened, the stern shaft feeding trolley descends, finally, the stern shaft is suspended through a hoisting device, and the stern shaft feeding trolley is taken out along a shaft feeding rail. According to the device, the vertical displacement stroke of the stern shaft is increased, radial movement is avoided, and the device has advantages of being convenient to operate, high in working efficiency and high in structural strength.

    本发明提供一种用于船舶轴系安装艉轴进轴装置,所述艉轴进轴小车包括轴固定板、车架、车轮组件和导向轮装置;所述轴固定板包括固定架和垫片;所述车架包括轮座、面板、牵引环和液压接口;所述车轮组件包括活塞轮座、车轮、衬套、第一轮轴和挡板;所述导向轮装置包括导向轮和第二轮轴;装置的使用方法是将艉轴负载到艉轴进轴小车上时,将艉轴上升到安全高度后,牵引艉轴进轴小车到达安装位置后,打开手动泵的截止阀,艉轴进轴小车下降,最后利用起吊装置将艉轴悬吊,并将艉轴进轴小车沿进轴轨道取出。本发明的装置增加了艉轴的垂向位移行程,避免了径向窜动,且具有操作方便、工作效率高、结构强度高的优点。
