The invention discloses an electric automobile carbon dioxide air conditioning system with a spray evaporation cooling type air cooler. The system comprises a compressor, an external air cooler with an axial flow fan, an intermediate heat exchanger, an electronic expansion valve, an internal evaporator with a centrifugal fan, a liquid storage device and a condensate water recycling spray device, wherein the compressor, the external air cooler, the intermediate heat exchanger, the electronic expansion valve, the internal evaporator and the liquid storage device are connected in sequence to form a carbon dioxide circulating flow path, and the recycled condensate water spraying device collects condensate water of the internal evaporator and sprays water mist to the external air cooler. The system is advantaged in that condensate water recovered from the internal evaporator is used as a water source, spray evaporation cooling is performed on a surface of the external air cooler, and the temperature of the carbon dioxide outlet end of the external air cooler is reduced, so the high-pressure side operation pressure of the transcritical cycle is reduced, power consumption of the compressor is reduced, and the refrigerating capacity and system energy efficiency are improved; meanwhile, efficient recycling of the condensate water is achieved, and a series of problems such as bacterium breeding caused by direct discharging of the condensate water to the outside are solved.

    一种带喷雾蒸发冷却式气冷器的电动汽车二氧化碳空调系统,包括:压缩机、带有轴流风机的外部气冷器、中间换热器、电子膨胀阀、带有离心风机的内部蒸发器、储液器和回收冷凝水喷雾装置,其中:压缩机、外部气冷器、中间换热器、电子膨胀阀、内部蒸发器和储液器依次相连构成二氧化碳循环流路,回收冷凝水喷雾装置采集内部蒸发器的冷凝水并向外部气冷器喷射水雾。本发明利用从内部蒸发器回收的冷凝水作为水源,对外部气冷器表面进行喷雾蒸发冷却,降低外部气冷器的二氧化碳出口端温度,从而降低跨临界循环的高压侧运行压力,减少压缩机耗功,提升制冷量和系统能效,同时实现冷凝水的高效回收利用,避免冷凝水直接对外排放带来的细菌滋生等一系列问题。
