The underwater and air cross-domain aircraft comprises a platform body, wherein cross-medium propellers are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the front portion of the platform body, and an air propeller assembly is arranged in the middle of the middle-rear portion of the platform body; the cross-medium propeller comprises a first motor base, a first motor and a second motor are arranged in the first motor base up and down, a driving end of the first motor extends upwards and is connected with a first air propeller, a driving end of the second motor extends downwards and is connected with an underwater propeller, and the first motor base is connected with a tilting mechanism; and the tilting mechanism can drive the first motor base to tilt. The underwater and air cross-domain aircraft is advantaged in that underwater and air cross-domain sailing of the aircraft can be achieved, switching of sailing in a rotor wing mode and sailing in a fixed wing mode can be achieved through the tilting mechanism, vertical take-off and landing can be achieved in the rotor wing mode, and high-speed and efficient flight can be achieved in the fixed wing mode.
