本发明提供了一种钻孔灌注桩正、反循环相结合的施工方法,利用了包括钻机、护筒、泥浆箱、泥浆泵、筛网过滤装置、振动筛、接泥浆盘以及旋流除砂器的钻孔灌注桩正、反循环系统来实现,再按照钻孔灌注桩正、反循环工艺用管道和阀门将钻机、护筒、泥浆箱、泥浆泵、筛网过滤装置、振动筛、接泥浆盘和旋流除砂器相互连接起来,在不同的地质情况下,开启对应的阀门启动正循环或反循环。本发明的钻孔灌注桩施工方法可以适用于复杂地质条件的钻孔灌注桩施工,提高了施工效率,确保了成孔的质量。

    The invention provides a forward circulation and reverse circulation combined construction method for a cast-in-situ bored pile. The method is realized by using a cast-in-situ bored pile forward and reverse circulation system comprising a drilling machine, a pile casing, a slurry box, a slurry pump, a screen filtering device, a vibrating screen, a slurry receiving disc and a cyclone desander. Then the drilling machine, the pile casing, the slurry box, the slurry pump, the screen filtering device, the vibrating screen, the slurry receiving disc and the cyclone desander are mutually connected through pipelines and valves according to a cast-in-situ bored pile forward and reverse circulation process, and under different geological conditions, the corresponding valves are opened to start forward circulation or reverse circulation. The cast-in-situ bored pile construction method can be suitable for cast-in-situ bored pile construction under complex geological conditions, so that the construction efficiency is improved, and the hole forming quality is ensured.
