The invention relates to the technical field of sealants, in particular to a brominated butyl rubber composition for a sealing material and a preparation method of the brominated butyl rubber composition. The composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 110 parts of brominated butyl rubber, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of vulcanization accelerator, 0.5 to 2.0 parts of stearic acid, 40 to 70 parts of carbon black, 1 to 16 parts of liquid butyl rubber, 1 to 5 parts of zinc oxide and 0.1 to 1.5 parts of sulfur. The liquid butyl rubber is added into the tire inner liner rubber formula and can be co-vulcanized with the brominated butyl rubber material, so that the dispersity of the carbon black is improved, and the air tightness of a brominated butyl rubber inner liner is improved. Besides, by adopting the preparation process provided by the invention, the mixing time can be shortened, the production efficiency is improved, the energy consumption is reduced, and the dispersity of the carbon black is improved.

    本发明涉及密封胶技术领域,具体涉及用于密封材料的溴化丁基橡胶组合物及其制备方法,该组合物,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:溴化丁基橡胶80~110份,硫化促进剂0.5~1.5份,硬脂酸0.5~2.0份,炭黑40~70份,液体丁基橡胶1~16份,氧化锌1~5份,硫磺0.1~1.5份。本发明的轮胎气密层胶配方中加入了液体丁基橡胶,能够与溴化丁基胶料共硫化,提高了炭黑的分散性,提高了溴化丁基橡胶气密层的气密性。采用本发明提供的制备工艺能够降低混炼时间,提高生产效率降低能耗,同时提高了炭黑的分散性。
