The invention discloses a box hoisting and turning-over tool, comprising an upper fixed beam, a lower fixed beam, a left fixed beam and a right fixed beam which are connected end to end in the mode that connecting pin shafts penetrate through a first connecting lug plate and a second connecting lug plate to form a closed area in a surrounding mode. The first connecting lug plate is welded to the upper fixed beam and the lower fixed beam; the second connecting lug plate is integrated with the left fixed beam and the right fixed beam; lifting lugs are arranged at the two ends of the upper fixed beam and the two ends of the lower fixed beam; a plurality of adjusting positioning blocks are arranged on the upper fixed beam, the lower fixed beam, the left fixed beam and the right fixed beam towards the inner side of a closed area; and the adjusting positioning blocks are fixed through adjusting bolts. The tool has the advantages that the tool is easy, convenient, rapid and efficient to mount and dismount during assembly operation, blanking mounting and dismounting of lifting lugs are omitted, and the application range is wide.
