The invention discloses a parallelogram transmission roller shutter type efficient flying flapping wing device comprising flapping wings, a sliding way and a connecting piece; the flapping wings are connected to the connecting piece and can rotate relatively, the connecting piece is connected to the sliding way in a sliding mode, the sliding way is arranged on an aircraft, and each flapping wing comprises a flapping wing frame and a roller shutter mounted on the flapping wing frame; and a parallelogram mechanism and a driving motor are also arranged in the flapping wing frame and are used for switching between a working state and a reset state of the flapping wing. Compared with the prior art, the efficient flying flapping wing device has the characteristics of small reset stroke resistance, large and stable working stroke thrust, high aerodynamic efficiency, capability of simultaneously adjusting lift force and thrust, simple device structure and convenience in manufacturing, and can be widely applied to various small aircrafts and unmanned aerial vehicles with low Reynolds number flight.
