The invention relates to a method for installing a pump tower base triangular box of a liquid cargo tank containment system, which comprises the following steps of: S1, a pump tower base is installed, and the pump tower base and a liquid cargo tank surface are welded and fixed; S2, the thickness h from the upper surface of a cushion block to the cargo tank surface is measured and calculated according to a formula: h = H-X, wherein H is the actually measured distance from the lower end face of the pump tower base wing plate to the cargo tank surface, and X is the standard thickness of the temporary insulation box, and the units of h, H and X are mm; S3, the thickness of resin needing to be coated at the bottom of the triangular box is selected according to h; S4, a resin gap of the lower end face of the triangular box is filled with an elastic wedge block; S5, the lower end face of the triangular box is inserted between the lower portion of the pump tower base wing plate and the cabin face of the liquid cargo cabin in the mode that the lower end face faces the cabin face of the liquid cargo cabin; S6, a plywood is inserted between the pump tower base wing plate and the triangular box; and S7, after the resin is hardened, screws are driven in to fix the triangular box and the plywood. By means of the installation method, no gap exists between the triangular box and the pump tower base wing plate, and dismounting for re-installation is not needed.

    本发明涉及一种液货舱围护系统泵塔基座三角箱的安装方法,包括:S1、安装泵塔基座,将泵塔基座与液货舱舱面焊接固定;S2、测算垫块上表面距离液货舱舱面的厚度h,h=H‑X,其中H为泵塔基座翼板下端面距离液货舱舱面的实测距离,X为临时绝缘箱的标准厚度;h、H、X单位均为mm;S3、根据h选择需要涂布在三角箱底部的树脂的厚度;S4、在三角箱下端面的树脂间隙中填充弹性楔块;S5、将三角箱下端面朝向液货舱舱面插入到泵塔基座翼板下方和液货舱的舱面之间;S6、在泵塔基座翼板和三角箱之间插入胶合板;S7、待树脂硬化后打入螺丝对三角箱和胶合板进行固定。本发明的安装方法保证了三角箱与泵塔基座翼板之间没有间隙,无需拆除进行再次安装。
