The invention discloses an anti-explosion-impact active defense floor which comprises a horizontally-arranged suspension floor arranged in a carriage, and the upper end of the suspension floor is provided with an installation area used for installing passenger seats and an energy-absorbing cushion facilitating pedaling of passengers. An impact force absorption assembly is arranged at the lower end of the suspension floor and the bottom in the compartment and comprises a guide mechanism used for guiding the suspension floor to float up and down and an inflation and deflation mechanism used for driving the suspension floor to float up and down. The invention mainly elaborates buffering and dissipation of impact force caused by explosion impact at the bottom of the vehicle, but is not limited to the buffering and dissipation of the impact force, and can also be applied to impact buffering generated at the side part and the top of the vehicle, or environments where impact and explosion are possibly generated, such as a racing yard, an indoor skating rink, an explosion test field and the like.
