The invention relates to an intelligent mistaken sudden stop prevention device for a charging pile. The device comprises an emergency stop button, one part of the emergency stop button is exposed outside a shell of the charging pile, the other part of the emergency stop button is positioned in the shell, a limiting ring is arranged at one end, positioned in the shell, of the emergency stop button, a spring is arranged below the limiting ring, and the limiting ring is in contact with the side surface of the shell under the pushing of the spring. An electromagnet is arranged in the shell. A telescopic rod of the electromagnet makes contact with the end face, away from the emergency stop button, of the limiting ring. According to the invention, the problem that the emergency stop button is pressed by mistake due to human reasons and equipment faults are caused is fundamentally solved. The operation and maintenance cost is reduced, and the online rate of the charging pile is improved.

    本发明涉及充电桩智能型防误急停装置,包括急停按钮,急停按钮一部分漏至充电桩外壳的外部,另一部分位于外壳内部,急停按钮位于外壳内部的一端设有限位环,限位环下方设有弹簧,在弹簧的推动下,限位环与外壳侧面接触,外壳内部固定有电磁铁,电磁铁的伸缩杆与限位环背离急停按钮的端面接触。本发明从根本上解决了人为原因造成急停按钮误操作按下,引起设备故障。降低了运营维护成本,提高充电桩在线率。
