The invention discloses a charging pile relay bonding detection circuit and method. The charging pile relay bonding detection circuit comprises an L-line relay detection circuit, an N-line relay detection circuit, a time delay circuit and an isolation circuit. The connection between the N-line relay detection circuit and the isolation circuit is disconnected through the time delay circuit, the L-line relay detection signal is detected through the L-line relay detection circuit to judge whether the L-line relay is bonded or not, and when the L-line relay is not bonded, the N-line relay detection circuit is connected with the isolation circuit; and when the N-line relay detection circuit detects the detection signal of the N-line relay and judges that the N-line relay is bonded, charging of the charging pile is forbidden. A common relay is used, and the time delay circuit is adopted, so that whether the relay is bonded or not can be accurately judged only through one isolation circuit. According to the invention, fewer devices are used, the cost is low, the safety is high, and the practicability is high.

    一种充电桩继电器粘结侦测电路和方法,包括L线继电器侦测电路、N线继电器侦测电路、时延电路和隔离电路。本发明先通过时延电路断开N线继电器侦测电路与隔离电路的连接,通过L线继电器侦测电路检测L线继电器侦测信号判断L线继电器粘结与否,当L线继电器未粘结时,将N线继电器侦测电路与隔离电路连接,通过N线继电器侦测电路检测N线继电器的侦测信号判断N线继电器粘结时,禁止充电桩充电。本发明使用普通继电器,采用时延电路使得仅需一个隔离电路就能准确判断继电器的粘结与否。本发明使用的器件较少,成本低廉、安全性高,具有较高的实用性。
