The invention relates to the field of oil exploration, in particular to an omni-directional rotating wheel structure. The rotating wheel structure comprises a rotating wheel, a rotating wheel frame and a base, wherein the rotating wheel is transversely and rotationally arranged on the rotating wheel frame, and the rotating wheel frame is arranged on the base through an elastic supporting piece. The rotating wheel structure has the anti-slipping function design and serves as a channel for steel wire rope walking, and the application range of the structure is expanded; when a steel wire rope vibrates and jumps, the steel wire rope is dynamically limited; the steel wire rope cannot jump out of the rotating wheel, normal construction is maintained, and working efficiency is improved; the steel wire rope cannot jump out of the rotating wheel, so that the occurrence probability of other safety problems is avoided, and safety production is facilitated; for compound logging, the rotating wheel structure ensures that the steel wire rope cannot jump out of the rotating wheel, so that ordered arrangement of the steel wire rope on the roller is ensured, and the accuracy of depth measurement is ensured; and the rotating wheel structure has composite functions and can meet the requirements of complex working conditions.
